Restock rate = units brought in per week (Delivered CeeWhy retrievals plus direct supplier deliveries, not stock going into CeeWhy), by delivery date. It stands in for usage over longer periods, but it isn't measured usage: deliveries arrive in batches, so last week and last month are rough. Real usage appears under Counted usage once an item has two office counts. Branded and Unbranded versions of a product are counted together. Projected restock = the same months last year (smoothed) × this year's growth (last 3 months vs the same 3 months last year, capped 0.5x–2x); it needs a full year of history. Weeks of cover = stock now ÷ the last-month restock rate (3-month rate if nothing came in last month); Ice Cups and Lids use the projected seasonal rate. Where an item has no office or CeeWhy count yet, stock and cover are marked partial. Click a row for the monthly chart and saved history.

CeeWhy est. now = last CeeWhy count + China deliveries to CeeWhy since that count − CeeWhy retrievals since that count. Office est. now = last office count + everything delivered on site since that count — CeeWhy retrievals and direct supplier deliveries to the Office or any shop (what you use isn't logged, so it only goes up between counts — count again to reset it). The small line under a last count shows what changed since the count before. Quantities are total units. Hover an estimate to see the working.
